Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

No Returns or Exchanges on Opened or Edible Products
Because we sell consumable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened beverage or edible items. This policy ensures product integrity, quality, and safety for all customers.
Even if the item is unopened, we do not offer exchanges on beverage or edible products under any circumstance. All sales are final unless the product is damaged during shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Once the item is confirmed as delivered to the shipping address, the responsibility for securing the package rests with the customer.
